What they need
- Supervise and monitor the daily operations of the assigned building.
- Oversee cleaners, security personnel, technicians, and other site staff.
- Ensure all staff attend work according to the assigned duty roster and follow company procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas, facilities, equipment, and building surroundings.
- Monitor and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works.
- Report building defects, breakdowns, safety issues, and other operational matters to the management.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and service providers when required.
- Attend to residents' or tenants' complaints and ensure issues are followed up promptly.
- Ensure common areas, facilities, and building surroundings are clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Monitor the performance and work quality of site staff.
- Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by management.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance works, complaints, inspections, incidents, and other site activities.
- Ensure compliance with building rules, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies and coordinate with the relevant parties when necessary.
- Assist management in managing the overall operation and administration of the building.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time.
