Building Supervisor

• Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the building/facility.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with building regulations.
• Coordinate and supervise repairs, preventive maintenance, and improvement works (electrical, mechanical, civil, etc.).
• Liaise with contractors and service providers for scheduled works and emergency repairs.
• Coordinate security, housekeeping, waste management, and other facility-related services.
• Monitor utilities consumption and ensure efficient usage of resources.
• Prepare reports, maintenance schedules, and documentation for management.
• Ensure all permits, licenses, and compliance requirements are up to date.
• Respond to tenants’/employees’ concerns and requests regarding facility issues.
• Implement and enforce safety and emergency procedures within the building.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
