Building Supervisor - Insurance Repairs

I'm currently working with insurance building clients who are planning ahead and building their Wide Bay teams ahead of storm season.

I'm looking to connect with experienced Insurance Building Supervisors / Site Supervisors throughout Bundaberg and the wider region for temporary, contract and permanent opportunities.

There are opportunities for permanent supervisors looking for their next move, contractors wanting short or long-term assignments, candidates interested in temp-to-perm and supervisors available for increased storm-response workloads.

You'll need a current QLD Supervisor Licence/relevant QBCC licence, White Card, Australian driver's licence and all relevant current site tickets, alongside insurance repair or strong residential construction experience.

The work will typically involve managing multiple insurance repair projects, coordinating trades and subcontractors, conducting site inspections, monitoring schedules and quality and communicating with homeowners, insurers and internal teams.
