  • Develop detailed scopes of work for required remediation.
  • Prepare accurate cost estimates for remediation works, including labour, materials and access requirements.
  • Identify appropriate fire stopping products, systems and technical solutions.
  • Work closely with Project Managers, Compliance, Commercial teams and clients to support projects from survey through to completion.
  • Provide clear technical advice to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure survey findings, scopes and pricing are accurate, commercially viable and aligned with relevant standards and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records and supporting documentation.
  • Keep up to date with relevant legislation, building regulations, industry standards, products and best practice.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Proven experience as a Building Surveyor or in a closely related surveying role.
  • Strong experience of passive fire protection, fire stopping and compartmentation.
  • Practical knowledge of fire stopping products, systems and installation methods.
  • Experience identifying defects and developing appropriate remedial solutions.
  • Experience preparing scopes of work and costing remediation projects.
  • A strong understanding of building construction and fire protection principles.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to surveying and reporting.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Knowledge of or ability to carry out fire door inspections will be an advantage.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a wider project team is essential.
  • A strong commitment to quality, safety and compliance.

Why Join Us?

This is an opportunity to join a growing building integrity business and play an important role in delivering safe, compliant and practical solutions for clients across the UK.

You will work across a varied portfolio of projects and have the opportunity to apply both your technical and commercial expertise across the full lifecycle of remediation works.
