Building Surveyor

An opportunity has arisen for an ambitious APC Building Surveyor to join a leading property consultancy in London. With a number of offices across the UK, they offer a comprehensive range of commercial and residential property services for occupiers, landlords, developers and property investors. They are seeking an organised and entrepreneurial individual to join a strong team and carry out a mix of professional and project work.

Role & Responsibilities of the APC Building Surveyor:

• Building surveys, condition surveys and measured surveys
• Schedules of condition and schedules of dilapidation
• Building pathology and defects analysis
• Insurance reinstatement valuations
• Contract administration and project management
• Procurement and tendering
• Site supervision and monitoring
• Party wall

Skills & Experience of the APC Building Surveyor:

• Degree in Building Surveying
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Passion to progress through APC
• Creative problem-solving skills
