About the role

Monitor and inspect the operation of major engineering systems within the hospital, including electrical systems (high/low voltage, backup generators, UPS), HVAC systems (Chiller, AHU, FCU, positive/negative pressure control), sanitation and medical gas systems (water supply, wastewater, Medical Gas System), and safety systems (Fire Alarm, Sprinkler, Fire Pump, CCTV, Access Control). Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) in accordance with SLA requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and inspect the operation of major engineering systems within the hospital: electrical systems, HVAC systems, sanitation and medical gas systems, and safety systems
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) to meet SLA requirements
• Control, inspect, and evaluate the performance of external contractors and vendors in maintenance and system installation work
• For senior level: participate in project handover inspections, conduct root cause analysis of problems, and propose solutions to reduce equipment failure rates
• Prepare log sheets, maintenance history records, and performance reports for building systems
• Ensure work practices comply with building safety standards, environmental standards, and hospital engineering standards (JCI, HA, ISO)
• Work on a rotating shift system to support 24-hour emergency response
• Serve as primary coordinator and participate in emergency response teams (such as power outages, medical gas system failures, fires)

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) with 3–5 years or more of direct experience in hospital building systems, high-rise buildings, or hotels, and experience with large-scale MEP systems
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings (Single Line Diagram, Shop Drawing, Plan) accurately
• Professional Engineering License (กว.) or Electrical License for Building Systems (considered a special advantage)
• Knowledge of Medical Gas systems and HVAC for hospital cleanrooms
• Able to be on standby for emergencies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and strong safety mindset
• Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills with medical and nursing staff
