JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for maintaining the building's day-to-day maintenance, mainly focus on the electrical system.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Electrical
- Mechanical
- Plumbing
- Driving
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least a Registered Master Electrician
- Two (2) years in building maintenance
- Proficient in electrical works
- A little knowledge on mechanical, plumbing, welding, and aircon is an advantage but not necessary
- With a valid driver's license and can drive a 4-wheel car
- Amendable to work at Makati City
