What they need
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
- Experience in electrical maintenance is considered an advantage
- Conduct daily inspections of building equipment (pumps, gensets, air-conditioning).
- Responds to and fix minor repairs and tenant concerns.
- Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and system breakdowns.
- Monitor utilities usage (water, electricity) and report abnormalities.
- Maintain tools, equipment and maintenance records.
Job Requirements:
- Vocational or technical course (Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC or related)
- TESDA certification is an advantage
- NCII (Electrical, Air Conditioning or related)
- At least 1 year experience in maintenance or technical works.
- Experience in buildings, facilities or construction is an advantage
