Building Technician

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily inspection of building facilities, equipment, and common areas.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC/air-conditioning, and other building systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and mechanical problems.
• Monitor equipment such as electrical panels, pumps, generators, fire protection systems, elevators/escalators, HVAC equipment, and water systems.
• Follow occupational safety procedures and applicable building and electrical regulations.
• Perform other facilities-management duties assigned by the Building/Facilities Engineer or Property Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Electronics, or a related engineering field.
• Engineering graduates with technical/vocational training or hands-on experience in building maintenance are highly encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, pumps, generators, and other building facilities is an advantage.
• Fresh engineering graduates may be considered, provided they demonstrate basic technical knowledge and willingness to perform hands-on maintenance work.
• PRC license/board passer is an advantage but not necessarily required.

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
