Building Technician

• Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and fire protection systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Respond to tenant and internal service requests.
• Assist contractors during installation and repair activities.
• Maintain service logs, inspection records, and equipment history files.
• Support building operations, utility monitoring, and setup for special activities. Qualifications:
• Vocational graduate in Electrical, Mechanical, or Building Technology (or related field).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in building maintenance.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to read technical drawings; TESDA certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
