Building Technician / Electrical

• Perform electrical, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to maintenance concerns.
• Ensure facilities, equipment, and common areas are safe and in good condition.
• Maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; technical/vocational course is an advantage.
• With experience in electrical or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of basic electrical systems, tools, and troubleshooting.
• Physically fit, hardworking, and responsible.
• With good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to assign in Baguio
