Building Technician III

Location: Medical Center - Fort Worth

Standard Weekly Hours: 40

Summary: The Building Technician III is a member of the Facilities team responsible for the peak performance of the healthcare facility’s most critical infrastructure. This role oversees the operation and high-level calibration of integrated utility systems, ensuring 100% uptime for life-safety and patient care environments. As the facility’s Subject Matter Expert (SME), the Level III Technician provides expert-level troubleshooting for complex failures while optimizing and integrating Building Automation Systems (BAS).

Qualifications Experience

• 3-5 years of basic general maintenance experience.
• Will consider relevant education in lieu of a portion of work experience.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Windows environment.

Education

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification

• Universal EPA 608 certification.
