As a Building Technician (Maintenance), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance, including servicing, repairs, and troubleshooting of Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
• Perform routine inspections of building systems, including air-conditioning, electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and fire protection systems.
• Attend to maintenance requests, equipment breakdowns, and stakeholder feedback, ensuring issues are resolved promptly.
• Supervise contractors and service providers to ensure works are completed according to required specifications and quality standards.
• Support maintenance projects and other assigned duties to ensure smooth and efficient facility operations.

Requirements

• Possess a Nitec qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Facility Technology, or Facility Management.
• At least 1 year experience in Facilities Management/ Building Maintenance works.
