Senior Business Consultant (Telecom OSS/BSS, CRM & CPQ)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Business Consultant and Project Manager with expertise in OSS/BSS transformation, CRM, CPQ, Quote-to-Order (Q2O), Revenue & Billing Management, and Order Management. The role will be responsible for leading large-scale telecom transformation initiatives, gathering business requirements, driving solution design, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful delivery of business and technology programs.

Key Responsibilities

Business Consulting & Analysis

Lead requirements gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders. Analyze and document business processes, functional requirements, and system enhancements. Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements. Translate business needs into solution specifications and delivery roadmaps. Telecom OSS/BSS Transformation

Lead end-to-end OSS/BSS transformation programs. Support CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Service Fulfilment, and Billing initiatives. Drive Quote-to-Order (Q2O) process optimization and automation. Ensure seamless integration across CRM, OSS, and downstream operational systems. Project & Program Management

Manage project lifecycle from initiation to deployment. Drive Agile/Scrum delivery practices. Monitor project schedules, risks, dependencies, and budgets. Conduct governance and Steering Committee meetings. Manage cross-functional and vendor teams across geographies. Stakeholder Management

Act as a trusted advisor to customers and leadership teams. Manage client relationships and business communications. Support commercial discussions, Statements of Work (SOW), and delivery governance. Coordinate with business owners, architects, development teams, and operational stakeholders. Testing & Delivery

Define and review UAT strategy and test cases. Ensure requirements traceability throughout SDLC. Support deployment, transition, and operational handover activities. Drive process simplification and automation initiatives. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or related field. MBA or equivalent management qualification preferred. 10+ years of experience in Telecom OSS/BSS environments. Strong understanding of CRM, CPQ, Order Management, Revenue & Billing Management, and Service Fulfilment. Required Skills
