Buisness Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze sales, business performance, market trends, product performance, and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, revenue, profitability, and market penetration.
• Analyze product-wise, customer-wise, territory-wise, and channel-wise sales performance.
• Identify underperforming products, markets, customers, and territories and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and business performance reports for management.
• Track sales targets, achievements, growth percentages, outstanding payments, stock levels, and other key business KPIs.
• Support the Business Development/Sales team in preparing business plans, sales forecasts, and growth projections.

Required Skills

• Strong pharmaceutical industry experience is mandatory.
• Good experience in Business Development and Business Growth.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
• Experience in preparing MIS, business dashboards, sales analysis, forecasting, and management reports.
• Good understanding of pharmaceutical sales, distribution, products, stockists/distributors, and market dynamics.
• Qualification
• MBA in Business Analytics / Marketing / Finance or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Graduate/Postgraduate with relevant pharmaceutical business analytics experience may also be considered.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
