Key Responsibilities

Business Growth and Expansion

Find new opportunities to grow and expand the provision store business.

Identify new products that are in demand among Indian customers.

Explore opportunities to open new outlets or expand the existing business.

Study competitors and market trends to improve the store's business performance.

Supplier and Product Management

Build and maintain good relationships with suppliers and wholesalers.

Negotiate better prices and payment terms when purchasing goods.

Source Indian groceries, spices, rice, flour, snacks, frozen foods, and other daily essentials at competitive prices.

Ensure products are available on time and at reasonable costs.

Sales and Marketing

Develop ideas and promotions to attract more customers and increase sales.

Introduce new products based on customer needs and market demand.

Plan discounts and special offers during festive seasons such as Deepavali, Pongal, and other Indian celebrations.

Build relationships with regular customers and nearby businesses to increase sales.

ob Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience in business development, sales, retail, or the grocery industry is an advantage.

Good communication, negotiation, and planning skills.

Ability to identify business opportunities and develop good supplier relationships.

Basic knowledge of sales, stock management, and business costs.
