We're Hiring: Business Developer

Location: Nasheman-e-Iqbal Phase 1, Near Wapda Town, Lahore (On-site)

Salary: PKR 40,000 – 60,000 + Attractive Commissions

RankTix is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. If you have experience acquiring clients through freelance platforms and know how to write winning proposals, we'd love to hear from you!

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in Business Development
• Hands-on experience with freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, or similar
• Strong proposal writing and bidding skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to identify client requirements and convert leads into long-term clients
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset

Responsibilities:

• Generate business through freelance platforms
• Write customized, high-converting proposals
• Communicate with potential clients and manage follow-ups
• Build long-term client relationships
• Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful project delivery
