Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented International Patient Coordinator who has strong connections and experience in handling international patients, particularly from Oman and Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of the healthcare and medical tourism market in the GCC region and be confident in building relationships with patients, families, doctors, hospitals, clinics, and referral partners.

This is an incentive-based opportunity, ideal for someone who is highly motivated, well-connected, and capable of generating international patient leads and converting them into successful treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage international patient leads, with a primary focus on Oman and Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with patients, patient families, medical facilitators, travel agents, and referral partners.
• Understand patient medical requirements and coordinate with hospitals/doctors to provide suitable treatment options.
• Communicate with patients throughout the treatment journey, from initial enquiry to consultation, admission, treatment, and follow-up.
• Follow up regularly with prospective patients and convert enquiries into confirmed treatments.
• Develop new referral networks and business opportunities in Oman and Saudi Arabia.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing international patient sources.
• Coordinate appointments, medical reports, treatment estimates, travel requirements, and other patient-related services.
• Achieve agreed monthly patient acquisition and revenue targets.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in international patient handling, medical tourism, healthcare sales, hospital marketing, or patient coordination.
• Strong existing network or proven experience with patients/referral sources from Oman and Saudi Arabia.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of the expectations and requirements of GCC patients.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented and comfortable working on an incentive/performance-based structure.
• Ability to work independently and generate business through personal networks and referrals.
• Knowledge of Arabic will be an added advantage.
