About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Business Development Interns who are interested in working part-time alongside their college studies.

This opportunity is ideal for college students who want to gain practical experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Interaction and Lead Generation within the Interior Design and Building Materials industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit and connect with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors and other industry professionals.
• Introduce and explain the company's products and services to potential clients.
• Generate new business leads through personal visits, networking and referrals.
• Identify potential projects and business opportunities in the market.
• Coordinate with the internal sales/design team and share qualified leads.
• Attend client meetings and project/site visits whenever required.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with Architects, Designers, Builders and Contractors.
• Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the concerned team.
• Support the Business Development team in achieving lead-generation and sales targets.

Candidate Profile

• College students / freshers who are willing to work part-time can apply.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and comfortable approaching new people.
• Good presentation and convincing skills.
• Should be proactive, energetic and willing to learn.
• Willingness to travel locally and visit project sites.
• Interest in Sales, Business Development, Interior Design, Architecture or Construction will be an added advantage.
• No prior experience is mandatory.
