WebGuruz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring – Web Development Upwork Bidder

We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to generate web development business opportunities through Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Search and identify relevant web development projects on Upwork.
• Prepare customized proposals and submit bids.
• Communicate with international clients.
• Generate and qualify leads.
• Schedule discussions and follow up with prospects.
• Coordinate with technical teams to understand project requirements.

Requirements:

• 2+ Experience in Upwork bidding is preferred.
• Knowledge of Web Development services.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good understanding of client requirements and project scope.
• Strong negotiation and lead-generation skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
