What they need
United Research Solution is hiring full-time Business Development Executives for inside sales at our HSR Layout, Bengaluru office, offering a fixed monthly salary of ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 plus high performance incentives during a regular day shift from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. In this role, you will handle daily incoming client inquiries, explain our services, understand customer requirements, and close sales deals with daily follow-ups, with warm inbound leads provided directly and zero cold calling involved. We welcome both freshers and experienced candidates with any educational background (10th, 12th pass, diploma, or graduate) who possess strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills, as well as mandatory fluency in both English and Hindi.
