BULDOZZER-OPERATOR

Minimum Qualifications

1. Must possess a valid TESDA National Certificate (NC II) in Heavy Equipment Operation applicable to Bulldozer Operation.
2. Must have at least 2 years of actual experience operating a bulldozer or similar heavy equipment.
3. Must be knowledgeable in the safe and proper operation of bulldozers.
4. Preferably with experience in construction, mining, quarry, roadworks, earthmoving, and land development projects.
5. Must be capable of conducting pre-operation and post-operation inspections.
6. Must be knowledgeable in operating the bulldozer’s blade, controls, hydraulic system, and undercarriage.
7. Must be capable of performing pushing, grading, leveling, spreading, stripping, and earthmoving operations.
8. Must understand equipment stability, load limits, blind spots, slopes, and ground conditions.
9. Must be capable of safely operating on rough, steep, muddy, rocky, and uneven terrain.
10. Must have basic knowledge of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
11. Must be able to identify and report mechanical defects, abnormal equipment conditions, and safety hazards.
12. Must properly coordinate with spotters, supervisors, surveyors, and other equipment operators.
13. Must strictly comply with company safety policies, PPE requirements, site rules, and standard operating procedures.
14. Must be physically and mentally capable of performing the duties of a Bulldozer Operator.
15. Must have a good safety and work record.
16. Willing to work overtime, shifting schedules, and remote/project locations, as required.
