Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct screening interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Handle offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely closure of positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment/Bulk Hiring.
• Strong hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, Apna, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
• Excellent communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Graduate in any discipline.
