kekosongan untuk lesen GDL E SAHAJA
Driver akan pick up parcel daripada seller Shopee.
Parcel yang dibawa adalah jenis bulky parcel (berat >30kg).
Driver bertanggungjawab untuk:
- Scan parcel
- Susun & loading parcel masuk dalam lori
- Hantar/drop off parcel ke Hub BRS/U10
Driver akan dibantu oleh kelindan untuk kerja loading & handling parcel.
Minimum target: 30 parcel sehari untuk capai KPI
Gaji & Insentif:
- Basic: RM2,500 (tertakluk kepada attendance sepanjang bulan) + Insentif Parcel + OT (jika ada)
- Bulky Parcel Discretionary Incentive (Jika memenuhi KPI):
- Tier 1: RM500
- Tier 2: RM1,500
- Tier 3: RM2,500
