Bullet Train Bridge Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking highly experienced Bullet Train Bridge Engineers with proven involvement in High-Speed Rail (HSR), Shinkansen, Railway, Viaduct, and Major Bridge Infrastructure Projects. Preference will be given to Former Overseas Filipino Workers (Ex-OFWs) who have worked on large-scale railway and transportation projects abroad, particularly in Japan and other countries with advanced rail systems.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting bridge and railway infrastructure construction while ensuring compliance with engineering, quality, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor bridge, viaduct, and railway construction activities.
• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure work is executed according to approved plans and specifications.
• Review engineering drawings, construction methodologies, shop drawings, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with schedule, budget, and quality requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets engineering specifications and industry standards.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve construction and technical issues on-site.
• Prepare project reports, engineering documentation, and progress updates.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Support project testing, commissioning, and turnover activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in bridge, railway, viaduct, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Previous overseas work experience (Ex-OFW) is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of bridge construction methodologies and railway infrastructure works.
• Experience coordinating with international project teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work on-site and relocate as required by project needs.

Pay: Php200,000.00 - Php350,000.00 per month
