Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bundle Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, fabricating, and preparing fabric bundles with precision and efficiency, ensuring all products meet our high-quality standards. Your energetic approach and mechanical aptitude will contribute to smooth production flow and safety compliance. Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other industrial equipment safely to transport raw materials and finished bundles throughout the production area
• Prepare fabric materials for bundling by performing prepress tasks, including cutting, aligning, and inspecting fabrics for defects
• Adjust flexo presses and other machinery to ensure accurate printing, cutting, and assembly of fabric bundles in accordance with specifications
• Manually handle fabrics and finished bundles, ensuring proper packaging and stacking for shipment or storage
• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards in production areas, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Conduct quality checks throughout the fabrication process to meet established quality standards in production
• Assist with machining tasks related to fabric processing or industrial equipment adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating forklifts and familiarity with industrial equipment adjustment
• Knowledge of prepress processes, manufacturing management, and quality standards in production environments
• Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic machinery issues
• Strong manual handling skills with attention to safety standards in production settings
• Experience working with flexo presses, machining tools, or packaging equipment is preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus on quality and safety protocols
• Prior experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is advantageous
