What they need
BURGER CHEF
An exciting new restaurant outlet in Bahrain, owned and operated by a renowned 5-Star Luxury Resort, is looking for a talented and experienced BURGER CHEF to join our opening team.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience as a Burger Chef
- Strong experience in preparing beef, chicken and specialty burgers
- Excellent knowledge of burger patties, seasoning, grilling techniques, sauces and toppings
- Ability to prepare signature and gourmet burgers
- Experience with fries, sides and other fast-casual menu items will be an advantage
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, HACCP and kitchen safety standards
- Creative, energetic and passionate about delivering excellent food quality
- Previous experience in a reputed restaurant, burger concept or 4/5-star hotel is preferred.
