Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Burger Chef for our outlet in Varkala.

Responsibilities:

• Independently prepare burgers, sandwiches & fast food items

• Create and maintain taste, quality and presentation

• Manage kitchen operations and junior staff

• Handle inventory, stock control and wastage

• Maintain hygiene, food safety standards

• Manage orders during peak hours

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience as Burger Chef / Fast Food Chef

• Expertise in grilling, frying, sauces & burger making

• Ability to lead kitchen team

• Must be available to work in Varkala
