Prepare Burn-In programs, jigs, and related documentation based on Product Specifications and Test Plans. Maintain and support Burn-In chamber operations to ensure smooth production and on-time daily shipments.

Job Description

• Need to understand the Test Specification and Test Plan for product models within the system power business, as well as other products under responsibility.
• Need to prepare Burn-in Test Program and Engineering Notice based on the Burn-in profile
• Need to work with vender to build the jigs base on the Burn In product specifications
• Need to understand the settings of the recycle chamber
• Need to troubleshoot burn-in issues, like the recycle chamber, burn-in program, and burn-in fixture
• Cooperate with teams, like Production and Quality, to support daily production output (UPD)
• Other assignments from superior.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than 3 years' experience in burn-in testing of switching power supply.
• Bachelor's degree or above, electronic technology or telecommunication-related major.
• Experience in Electronics manufacturing or similar.
• Familiar with switching power supply-related knowledge, like PSU, PDU, BBU, Shelf, Telecom, Medical, BMP
• Familiar with electronic technology and able to analyze schematic diagrams
• Familiar with Test Equipment, like BI Chamber, E-Load, AC Source, DC Source, PWM…
• Familiar with communication protocols, like COM, IIC, PMBus, RS485…
• Proficient in using Office, VB/C/C++/C#
• Good Communication and teamwork ability.
• Good English Proficiency
• SAP experience will be an advantage
