Job Summary

Duties

• Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and safety guidelines
• Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
• Manage customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cashiering and upselling menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards
• Assist with food handling, storage, and inventory management
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest needs promptly and courteously
• Support team members during busy hours by managing time effectively and multitasking as needed
• Ensure proper food presentation and quality control before serving to guests

Skills

• Experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environment preferred
• Proficiency with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling skills
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
• Knowledge of food safety, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• Basic math skills for cash transactions and order calculations
• Ability to upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales
• Kitchen experience or background in the food industry is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and serve customers effectively

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
