Bus & HR Analyt Anst Sr Prin

For our client, we are seeking a Bus & HR Analyt Anst Sr Prin to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This role will serve as a strategic analytics partner to the People & Culture organization, helping shape how employee experience is measured, understood, and improved. The position blends survey design, HR analytics, and executive-facing storytelling to support data-driven decisions across the enterprise. You will own the survey platform and collaborate closely with leadership to translate workforce data into meaningful action.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Act as the analytics consultant for the People & Culture COE
• Design valid and reliable survey instruments using advanced methodologies
• Define and track Employee Experience and EX Effectiveness metrics
• Administer and manage all aspects of the survey platform
• Coordinate the enterprise survey calendar to prevent survey fatigue
• Transform survey results into actionable insights for People & Culture leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in research or an analytics-focused field; Master's preferred
• 8 years of experience, including 5+ years in people analytics or HR consulting
• Advanced skills in survey administration
• Ability to define success metrics for non-tangible employee experiences
• Strong communication skills to present data empathetically
• Passion for improving workplace experiences through data-driven advocacy
