Bus Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Analyse and validate data against established guidelines to ensure correctness of claims
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain necessary information for claim submissions
• Support data correlation and reporting for performance tracking and decision-making
• Assist in ad-hoc duties related to mileage claims as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher NITEC or Diploma in a relevant discipline
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
• Ability to analyse operational data and derive meaningful insights aligned with guidelines
• Self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
• Proactive learner who adapts well to new responsibilities
• Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
