Bus Driver

Job Overview
Brownstone Construction Group, Inc. is seeking a responsible, reliable and safety-focused Bus Operator to provide transportation services for employees and authorized personnel traveling to and from military installations, project sites, and designated pick-up locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong driving skills, a commitment to passenger safety, and the ability to maintain professional conduct at all times.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate company buses and shuttle vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, military base regulations, and company policies.
• Transport employees and authorized passengers according to assigned schedules and routes.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate vehicle logs, mileage records, and inspection reports.
• Ensure passengers adhere to safety requirements while onboard.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, fueled, and in good operating condition.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding route changes, delays, incidents, or operational concerns.
• Assist with loading and unloading passenger belongings or equipment when required.
• Must be willing and able to perform site-related duties when driving services are not required.

Qualifications

• Valid Guam Driver’s License Class D required.
• Ability to anticipate potential delays, respond reliably and resourcefully to changing conditions.
• Clean driving record.
• Previous experience operating buses, shuttles, vans, or commercial passenger vehicles preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain access to military installations.
• Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit and operate a vehicle for extended periods.
• Ability to frequently enter and exit the vehicle.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
