Bus Driver

Gulf Flour LLC is looking for a reliable, responsible, and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely transporting company employees to and from designated locations according to the assigned schedule while ensuring the vehicle remains in good working condition.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport company employees to and from designated locations according to the approved schedule.
• Ensure punctual pick-up and drop-off of employees.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies.
• Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues or defects.
• Maintain the cleanliness and general condition of the bus.
• Ensure the bus is regularly maintained and serviced as per the maintenance schedule.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance, where required.
• Report accidents, incidents, traffic violations, or vehicle breakdowns immediately to the concerned department.
• Demonstrate professional behaviour and courteous conduct towards employees and other road users.

Requirements and skills

• Valid UAE driving licence with the appropriate category for the assigned bus.
• Previous experience as a bus driver, preferably in employee transportation.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, traffic rules, and major locations.
• Strong commitment to road safety and punctuality.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Responsible, disciplined, and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible hours and rotational shifts, if required.
• Candidates must have a good driving record.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Driving: 3 years (Required)
