Bus Driver

We are looking for a responsible, experienced, and safety-conscious Bus Driver to join our team in UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely and efficiently while maintaining punctuality, following UAE traffic regulations, and providing professional service.

Candidates must hold the required valid UAE driving license (Category No. 5 and No. 6), have a strong commitment to road safety, and demonstrate a professional attitude at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive company buses safely and responsibly according to assigned routes and schedules.
• Transport passengers to their destinations while ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Follow all UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company driving policies.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Check brakes, tires, lights, mirrors, fluid levels, and other essential vehicle components.
• Ensure the bus is clean, presentable, and maintained in good operating condition.
• Report vehicle defects, mechanical issues, accidents, and maintenance requirements immediately.
• Follow designated routes and report any delays, road closures, or traffic-related issues.
• Ensure passengers board and exit the bus safely.
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle inspections as required.
• Cooperate with transport supervisors, dispatchers, and other team members.
• Handle unexpected situations and emergencies calmly and professionally.
• Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and safety requirements.
• Report any incidents or passenger concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
• Perform other driving-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UAE Driving License Category No. 5 and No. 6, as applicable to the assigned vehicles.
• Previous experience as a bus driver or commercial driver is preferred.
• Good knowledge of UAE roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Strong awareness of road safety and defensive driving practices.
• Responsible, punctual, and dependable.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Willingness to work according to assigned shifts and operational schedules.
• Commitment to maintaining passenger safety and company vehicle standards.

Working Hours

• 9 working hours per day.
• Full-time position.
• Duty schedules and routes will be assigned by management.
