Bus Driver

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced and responsible Bus Drivers to join our transportation team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting employees and passengers according to assigned routes and schedules while maintaining the highest standards of safety, professionalism, and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities

• Safe Operations: Safely operate company buses for employee and labor transportation across assigned Dubai and UAE routes.
• Timely Service: Pick up and drop off passengers on time and adhere strictly to designated routes and schedules.
• Traffic Compliance: Fully observe UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company transportation policies at all times.
• Daily Inspections: Conduct daily pre-trip vehicle safety checks prior to starting your shift.
• Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the bus clean, well-maintained, and promptly report any mechanical faults, maintenance needs, accidents, or incidents to management.
• Passenger & Team Relations: Maintain professional and respectful communication with all passengers, clients, and transport management.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Licensing: Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Required).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a bus driver in the UAE (Preferred).
• Route Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Dubai and broader UAE road networks and navigation.
• Safety Record: Proven track record of safe, responsible driving.
• Flexibility: Willingness and ability to work flexible shifts and extended hours when necessary.
• Attributes: Physically fit, reliable, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability: Candidates available to join immediately will be given preference.
