CDL Passenger Driver - Class A, B or C with Passenger Endorsement

We are seeking experienced. safety focused CDL Passenger Drivers to provide reliable passenger transportation while delivering professional customer service and maintaining communication with dispatch throughout each shift.

This is a professional passenger transportation position. Applicants must meet the CDL/DOT requirements below and be comfortable working directly with passengers.

CDL/DOT Requirements

-Valid Class A, B or C CDL with passenger (P) Endorsement, appropriate for vehicle being operated.

-Current DOT Medical Card with required medical certification maintained with the applicable state licensing agency.

-Must be able to access/register with the FMCSA Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse and provide consent for the required pre-employment query.

-Must maintain a Clearinghouse status permitting performance of DOT safety-sensitive functions.

-Must pass a DOT pre-employment drug screening and meet applicable DOT/FMSCA drug and alcohol requirements.

-Must have an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) meeting company and insurance requirements.

-Must successfully complete a company road test/driver evaluation.

-Professional shuttle, bus, motorcoach, transit, charter, airport/hotel, or other passenger transportation experience preferred.

Driver Responsibilities

-Safely operate assigned passenger vehicles while following company and DOT/FMCSA safety requirements.

-Complete required pre-trip and post pre-trip inspections and promptly report vehicle defects or safety concerns.

-Follow assigned routes, schedules, staging, pickup/drop off procedures, and Dispatch instructuons.

-Maintain regular communication with Dispatch via two-way radio, promptly reporting delays, traffic conditions, vehicle concerns, incidents, or passenger issues.

-Acknowledge and greet passengers and provide courteous, professional customer service throughout the shift.

-Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage/baggage as needed.

-Ensure safe passenger boarding and exiting.

-Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the company.

-Maintain dependable attendance and report for assigned shifts on time and ready for duty.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for professional drivers who understand that passenger transportation is more than simply operating a vehicle. Our drivers are expected to demonstrate safe driving practices, passenger awareness, strong customer service, proper vehicle inspections, dependable radio communication with Dispatch, and accountability for their assigned vehicle route.

This is a customer-facing passenger transportation position and is not a delivery, courier, rideshare, or general driving position.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
