Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious Bus Driver / Helper to support transportation and general operations in Ellendale, ND. This position combines driving responsibilities with hands-on assistance in deliveries, inventory management, and warehouse support. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as business needs arise.

No CDL or passenger (P) endorsement is required, onsite busing only. Candidates must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus or other assigned vehicle as needed.
• Assist passengers or other individuals with boarding and general transportation needs, as applicable.
• Complete material deliveries and transport supplies to designated locations.
• Stock and maintain vending machines.
• Assist with warehouse organization and general operational duties.
• Track, organize, and maintain inventory of safety gear, materials, and supplies.
• Help maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work environment.
• Follow all company safety procedures and vehicle operating guidelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Clean driving record.
• Safe driving habits and a strong commitment to safety.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Willingness to assist with driving, deliveries, stocking, and warehouse duties.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Previous driving, delivery, warehouse, inventory, or general labor experience is beneficial.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Compensation and Schedule

• Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
• Schedule: Full-time, temporary.
• Location: Ellendale, ND.
