There is an open position in the Georgetown Public Schools.POSITION: Bus MonitorLOCATION: Penn Brook Elementary SchoolSUPERVISOR: Transportation CoordinatorSTART DATE: immediatelyWORK YEAR: 180 days - school year, no summer workASSIGNMENT: approximately 3 hours a day (1.5 in morning & afternoon)JOB DESCRIPTIONUnder direction of the Transportation Coordinator: Monitor students on the bus before and after school.Follow and enforce all safety regulations.Assist bus driver with drop off and pick upAttend trainings as assignedOther responsibilities as assigned by the CoordinatorSALARY & BENEFITSPer agreement between the Georgetown School Committee and Georgetown Cafeteria Workers.OTHERThis position is not eligible for the Town's health insurance, contractual sick days or personal days.
