Ensure food and drinks are delivered promptly and presented beautifully. Check in with guests throughout their meal and handle any concerns quickly and graciously. Keep your section clean and organized, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Partner with kitchen and hibachi staff to keep service running smoothly, especially during peak hours.
