Responsibilities

• Clear and clean tables efficiently after guests leave, ensuring a spotless dining area.
• Assist with setting tables according to restaurant standards, including proper placement of utensils, glassware, and linens.
• Support servers by delivering food and beverages to tables when needed, ensuring timely service.
• Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, chairs, and supplies following safe lifting practices.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all dining areas, including floors, countertops, and service stations.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate table turnover and guest needs.
• Support overall restaurant operations by performing light cleaning duties and restocking supplies as required.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures and sanitation standards within the food industry.
• Experience in bussing or food service roles is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is valued.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent communication skills for internal team coordination and guest interactions.
• Knowledge of proper table setting techniques and food safety regulations.
