Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas, kitchens, and service stations to uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.
• Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and efficiently to maintain a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, refill drink, and addressing inquiries with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Handle food with care, ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Support food service operations by setting up tables, replenishing supplies, and assisting kitchen staff.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and ensure guest satisfaction at all times.
• Contribute to a positive team environment by demonstrating flexibility, reliability, and a proactive attitude.

Requirements

• Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning protocols, bussing procedures, and food handling safety standards.
• Strong communication skills to interact confidently with guests and team members.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and enthusiasm.
• Experience working in hotels or the food industry is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
