Bus/Coach Driver

Overview
We are seeking a professional and reliable Bus/Coach Driver to operate passenger vehicles safely and efficiently. This role involves transporting passengers over designated routes while maintaining high standards of safety and customer service. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring the comfort and safety of all passengers.

Duties

• Safely operate buses/coaches along assigned routes, adhering to schedules and traffic laws
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and cleanliness
• Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents during shifts
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies at all times

Requirements

• Valid PCV (Category D) driver’s licence with a clean driving record
• Driver CPC qualification
• Enhanced DBS check
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to operate buses safely over long distances and varied conditions
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage schedules efficiently
• Previous experience in driving or transportation roles is desirable

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.50 per hour
