Busines Analytics Specialis

Role Description The Business Analytics Specialist is a part-time remote role responsible for turning data into actionable insights that support the Training Center’s strategic and operational decisions. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and organizing data from training programs, participants, and partner organizations, and performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify trends, performance indicators, and opportunities for improvement. The specialist will create dashboards and reports, prepare presentations for leadership, and contribute to business planning activities such as forecasting demand for courses and optimizing resource allocation. The role also involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, refining data requirements, and recommending data-driven strategies that enhance customer experience and training impact.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills for data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting.
• Candidates should possess Business and Business Planning skills to support forecasting, performance measurement, and strategic decision-making.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills to present findings clearly, prepare reports, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to understand participant needs and contribute to improving training experiences.
• Experience with business intelligence or analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) is beneficial.
• Background in business, economics, data analytics, or a related field is preferred; relevant certifications are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Strong English proficiency; knowledge of Arabic is an added benefit.
