Responsibilities
- Communicate with existing business clients regarding account questions, updates, and routine requests.
- Maintain accurate account records, contact details, communication notes, and follow-up schedules.
- Assist with account updates, documentation, and client onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments to help ensure client requests are handled efficiently.
- Prepare account summaries, basic reports, and other business documentation.
- Help identify client needs and communicate relevant service information accurately.
