About the role

GreenCloud Software (Thailand) is experiencing rapid expansion and is actively seeking a dedicated professional to join our operations as a Business Administration Executive. We are looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy individual with a strong service-oriented mindset to support our executive team and streamline daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate daily administrative functions, business coordination, and complex schedule management for the team
• Serve as a professional liaison between internal teams, international clients, and corporate partners
• Manage critical business documentation, record accurate meeting minutes, and maintain highly structured corporate filing systems
• Leverage knowledge of IT and Artificial Intelligence tools to optimize administrative workflows and improve overall operational efficiency
• Oversee general office and business operations to ensure seamless daily execution

About you

• 0 to 2 years of professional experience
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Exceptional communication skills in Thai and English
• Candidates with Mandarin Chinese speaking capabilities will be highly considered
• Advanced computer literacy with demonstrated capability to adopt new IT and AI solutions to enhance productivity
• A strong sense of responsibility, a positive attitude, and a highly proactive, "do it now" approach to task execution and problem-solving
