This is a dynamic placement opportunity where you'll gain hands-on experience across various functions of business operations. Throughout your time with us, you'll develop a wide range of skills in administration, sales, customer service, and marketing—working closely with both local and international clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain experience interacting with a wide range of customers, from individuals to multinational corporations, both in the UK and overseas
• Develop communication and interpersonal skills by responding to customer enquiries via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions
• Assist in preparing and issuing customer quotations based on pricing structures, product knowledge, and specific client requirements
• Accurately log customer enquiries and orders in the company’s ERP system, ensuring proper task scheduling and follow-up tracking
• Support project coordination efforts by liaising with customers and subcontractors during installation processes
• Contribute to marketing initiatives such as website updates, Google Ads, and social media campaigns
• Build basic IT proficiency while offering assistance to customers with product-related support and queries

Requirements

• Aged 16 or over
• Living in England
• Not in full-time education

• Clear and professional phone manner

Preferred Qualifications

• GCSEs (A*-C / 9–4) in English and Maths or equivalent
