Business Advisor

The business advisor role is a contractor position, involving one‑on‑one coaching to clients, providing practical guidance, strategic insight, and high‑quality support that aligns with our professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one coaching to clients in accordance with the agreed client delivery schedule.
• Provide ongoing strategic and business improvement advice across sales, marketing, pricing, recruitment, and operations.
• Guide clients through the appropriate coaching program in accordance with content and client coaching objectives.
• Facilitate training including business topics, leadership and management.
• Provide business improvement and strategic advice to clients on a continuous basis.
• Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions and activities within the coaching portal.
• Work closely with the coaching team to ensure consistent guidance and program alignment.

Qualifications and Competencies

• 5+ years business coaching experience.
• Previous experience as a business owner or in senior executive positions preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and LMS.
• Strong proficiency in financial statements.
• High level of written and verbal Communication skills.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to lead live coaching sessions.
