Roles and Responsibility

• Conduct meetings and workshops to elicit and document business requirements using domain expertise.
• Produce process and data models of the current and future states.
• Shape the vision with clients and understand their needs.
• Elicit processes, data, and capabilities to derive target processes and business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
• Analyze business needs and develop solutions to improve efficiency.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 0-7 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Experience with process modeling and data analysis is an added advantage.
• Educational qualifications: B.Tech/B.E., B.Sc, MBA/PGDM, MCA, MS/M.Sc(Science).
