Business Analysis Manager [Boon Rawd Trading]

DMS-SFA Implementation - 75%

• Lead process analysis for the nationwide DMS-SFA rollout against the chosensystem, identifying where the system and the actual sales/agent processdon’t match.

• Evaluate gaps for materiality; escalate significant ones as formal ChangeRequests (CR) with clear business justification. Also, manage current list ofCRs for priority/quality/time/cost.

• Analyze report change requests — both in-app DMS-SFA and from BRT Portal— and translate them into specifications programmers can build against withminimum follow-up meetings.

• Analyze training requirements for the coming mass roll-out and design thetraining materials: sample documents, tutorial videos, data dictionary, reportdictionary, and other job aids.

• Work with Deployment Manager to support UAT cycles: test planning, defecttriage, sign-off coordination with distributors/agents and IT.

• Lead requirement-gathering and onboarding discussions directly with agents’teams — this is a customer-facing part of the job, not just an internal one.Own discussion and preparation checklists, and make sure the checklists arewell-updated and respected.

• Maintain living documentation (process maps, CR logs, decision records) asthe role progresses this is a deliverable, not a byproduct.

• All of the above, in English and Thai languages.

Digital Application Development for Sales Operations - 25%

• Conduct requirement analysis for new or extended Sales and Trade Marketingapplications.

• Manage and develop 1 Business Analyst — assign work, review output quality,coach on solid analysis technique.

• Coordinate directly with vendors and developers on solution design, ensuringrequirements trace cleanly to build specs.

• Contribute to business case write-ups for proposed digital initiatives (cost-benefit, risk, rough timeline).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years business analysis experience, including at least one full systemimplementation or rollout (DMS/SFA/ERP-adjacent preferred).

• Solid grounding in structured business analysis practice — requirementsgathering, process mapping, gap and change-request analysis, spec writingdevelopers can act on directly.

• Proven track record in customer-facing or account management work — thisrole needs someone who can run a room with an agent’s team, not just write aspec in isolation.

• Professional-level English communication, written and spoken, sufficient towork directly with international vendors.

• Comfortable using AI-assisted analysis tools as part of daily workflow (not anice-to-have — this is now baseline).

• Thai-English bilingual, professional level.
